New suspended mounting design provides optimum clearance between floor-board and subwoofer enclosure for optimum down-firing bass response. Preloaded and prewired for M1D2-10B Element Ready™ subwoofer. Refer to our COMPATIBILITY chart to verify fitment before purchasing.
