The P3D4-12 is the best performing Rockford Fosgate Punch series subwoofer for cars and trucks. The P3 12” features Dual 4-Ohm voice coils, 600 Watts RMS of power handling, and accommodates a grille insert using the included cast aluminum trim ring.

The P3D4-12 12-inch subwoofer is Rockford Fosgate's best performing Punch series subwoofer. The P3 subwoofers now feature anodized aluminum cones and dustcaps along with unique spider venting to keep the motor cooler than previous versions. These feature VAST technology to increase surface cone area up to 25% and a FlexFit basket for extreme installations. Best of all, a new hybrid stamp-cast basket offers the best of both worlds by providing super strength while minimizing weight and resonance.

Best Woofer
Yea.... they hit HARD
So I just added 2 12inch P3 dvc 4ohm in my Tahoe with the 1200.1 mono amp and I am extremely impressed. Very loud bass for my heave bass songs and when I urn down the subs to less bass music they have a fast response and good town quality. I really enjoy them. Hopefully next I'll be upgrading my door speakers and adding some 6*9's. I love my subs!
Slamming
Have 2 of these in my 2016 Mazda 3. In a 4.4 cu. ft. enclosure tuned to about 32Hz firing into the cabin on a R1200-1D. I can tell you, R.I.P. rearview mirror. Takes a set of T2652-s components in the front on a T400-2 amp to keep up with the bass. I wish they could accept 8ga wire but that is my only gripe. Keep it up RF.
