Rockford Fosgate's Famed Punch Z Woofers Relaunched with Increased Power and Cosmetics
Tempe, Ariz.
– Rockford Fosgate (CES booth #828), manufacturer of high performance car audio, announces that it has relaunched and is now shipping its famed Punch Z woofer line with increased power handling and cooler cosmetics. The Punch Z woofer line, with 8-, 10-, 12-, and 15-inch sizes and offered in 4- or 8-ohm configurations, now includes a larger motor structure, a silver poly cone, CONSealer gasket, rubber bumper, and the same basket and similar cosmetics to the extremely cosmetically appealing Punch HE woofer line.
"The entire Punch Z line has gone through a performance and cosmetic makeover," explains Rex Whitehead, Rockford’s director of product planning. "Consumers who are looking for a cool looking, entry-level woofer with the legendary Rockford Fosgate performance have found the answer. With a bigger motor assembly, and with the performance, power handling and sound quality of much more expensive woofers, the Punch Z line has it all."
